What every buyer and seller should know about rising rates.
Right now, we’re receiving two questions all the time: What’s happening with the interest rates, and is now a good time to buy? The first question will require a longer answer, but the second can be answered with a simple yes.
Interest rates will level out the payment to be the same as what you would have paid this time last year because we paid so much over asking price last year. Now, some people are getting homes at asking price.
