Here are three things to keep in mind about the spring and summer housing market in 2021:
1. Get your pictures done. If you are thinking about listing your home at any time this year, take those pictures now while the weather is beautiful. Buyers will be able to see your home at its peak.
2. Get your landscaping done. It’s not too hot or cold right now. It’s a great time to put some mulch down, plant some flowers, and give your home great curb appeal.
3. It’s a great time to sell right now. A lot of homebuyers are jumping into the market as school ends. There is always a big surge of buyers in the summer, and this is a fantastic market in which to sell.
